Employment Law Counseling

We recognize that litigation can be costly. That’s why we make a special effort to provide employment law counseling, assisting employers with their day-to-day needs in the full spectrum of labor and employment law issues. These may include employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, leaves of absence, confidentiality and trade secret issues, labor relations, employment contracts and principal/independent contractor relationships. In providing advice to employers, our firm helps employers avoid litigation whenever possible, by formulating a positive personnel program which enhances employee morale, minimizes work disruptions, and increases the quality and quantity of work. We also regularly conduct in-house training workshops and seminars for compliance purposes, and to help managers and supervisors develop their management skills.
